Executive Coaching :: executive-level training right at your desk

Having an executive coach is like having a personal trainer. But rather than limiting it to the gym, this is personal training for your life.

Coaching programs are like an executive-level development conference that comes to your office. At conferences you get lots of great information and techniques, but it’s easy to forget them when you get back to work. With coaching, you get to create strategies in your real day-to-day life and keeping working at them until they work for you!

My clients ask me to help them with issues like:

  • fundraising,
  • goal setting,
  • management issues,
  • personal or corporate branding,
  • job searches, and
  • time-life management.

Many like to use my fundraising seminars as a starting point for our sessions.

All my coaching is made even more effective through the use of with Highlands Ability Battery assessment.

Executive & Fundraising Coaching Options

Coaching packages are normally 6- or 12-months. Both options work out to be around a thousand dollars per month. Coaching packages include:

  • the extensive Highlands Ability Battery assessment with a 2-hour feedback session and a 40-page personal report
  • three 45-minute individual, one-on-one executive coaching sessions each month
  • phone support between sessions
  • unlimited e-mail support between sessions

Coaching also includes:

  • 100% satisfaction guarantee: If you’re not completely satisfied with your first month of executive coaching, I’ll refund your fee. (There is a non-refundable charge associated with the Highlands Battery.)
  • Completely customizable sessions. You direct how each session is used. This gives you the flexibility to deal with challenges or opportunities as they arise.
  • If our schedules permit, sessions can be combined as needed (i.e. one 1.5-hour session instead of two 45-minute sessions).
